• We assist with registration and participation in accordance with the rules of the Independent Bulgarian Energy Exchange (IBEX).

• We provide guidance on operations and maintenance contracts, insurance claims, and disputes related to mandatory construction warranties.

Trading of Guarantees of Origin:

• We ensure compliance with grid connection requirements, negotiate access agreements, and draft Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and energy sale contracts. We also assist with obtaining all necessary licenses and permits.
